Want To Collaborate?

Zaftig Press is looking for proposals from artists and writers who want to create a print project.

Visual artists, poets, writers, essayists who have an interest in print media are encouraged to apply. No prior book or zine making experience is necessary.

The final project will be a printed edition of some kind (book, zine, poster, broadside).

There are very few specifics about content or final publication format, though keep in mind what Zaftig Press has at its disposal (Risography, black and white photocopier, digital printing, screen-printing) as well as the general aesthetic or our publications so far.

Nitty gritty details (eg size and format) don't need to be determined in the proposal, those kind of specs should become obvious when the project is being worked on.

There is no fee to apply and if selected no financial input required from you. A portion of the edition will go to the artist and a portion for Zaftig Press to sell.
